Care & Support Providers

Care & Support Providers

Cuts in social housing development grants and Supporting People funding means that care providers are having to do more with less. Coupled with the increasing needs of our ageing population and the challenges of delivering new extra care housing, many providers are looking for legal advice to navigate this ever changing external environment. We work extensively on the provision of care and supported housing, from both the development and provider perspectives, as well as on the management and support of those schemes.

Our clients include providers of social housing, local authorities, charities, lenders, private providers and agencies, and management bodies. Working with this broad range of clients means we have a unique perspective on the competing issues and interests of different parties. The benefit to you is that you receive strategic, well informed advice that takes into account all angles and perspectives of key stakeholders.

We have decades of experience advising housing sector stakeholders and we have pro-actively influenced the development of the social housing sector. We work closely with key trade bodies in developing policy and best practice to help our clients tackle the challenges they face.
