Sarb has specialised in residential work for over a decade with particular focus on work for the top 18 housebuilders on site acquisitions, disposals, strategic land and BTR sales. She has also acted for promoters, a modular housebuilder and a BTR purchaser.
Recent experience
- Conditional sale and purchase agreement for 650 dwellings, care home, commercial buildings, school and central park for Crest Nicholson Operations.
- Promotion agreement for 1525 dwellings for Richborough.
- Buy to rent portfolio disposals for top 18 developers including working on Crest Nicholson’s largest BTR deal for £120m with 403 units and Miller Homes’ disposal to L&G of 260 units.
