Lindsey is a Partner in the Real Estate team and acts on a range of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals of development sites. Lindsey has experience with joint venture arrangements for development projects as well as forward-funded development arrangements.

Recent Experience

• Acting for Weston Homes in relation to various disposals of land to a build-to-rent purchaser.
• Acting for Canary Wharf Group in relation to a high-profile disposal of two affordable housing blocks at Canary Wharf to CBRE.
• Acting for a JV in relation to a large site assembly through a series of complex option agreements in Lancashire.
• Acting for a JV and a leading RP in relation to the redevelopment and acquisition of a former iconic London town hall to be converted into a mixed use development.
• Acting for an RP on a CPO transaction relating to a site in West London.
• Advising and acting on major residential and mixed-use developments (both acquisitions and disposals) on behalf of national house builders and registered social landlords.
