Recent Experience
- Acting for the developer of 2 landmark residential towers on City Road, London from acquisition through to disposal. Different and innovative funding solutions were used for each scheme. The starchitect designed buildings have completed and subsequently won various industry awards
- Acting on the purchase of a series of Grade 11 Listed buildings in Hampstead for conversion into a unique residential campus
- Advising on a £200m co-investment platform between a private equity fund and a specialist residential developer
- Advising a major housebuilder and their funder on the sale of that housebuilder to a private equity fund with associated bank facilities
- Establishing a joint venture vehicle to carry out a site assembly and ultimately a mixed use riverside development including a high tech performing arts facility
