Jodie is a Partner and leads the Residential Development Sales team. She has acted on behalf of developers for the past 23 years providing advice on large scale residential developments including complex estates and joint ventures as well as refurbishment, listed and bespoke projects. Areas of particular expertise include advising developers on the preparation and set up of developments for off plan sales, dealing with various tenures and sale schemes and managing the onward disposal of those units for the domestic market and international exhibitions.
