The Residential Investment team, part of the firm’s larger Residential Investment and Charging Team, specialise in the acquisition and disposal of the reversionary interests in residential, commercial and mixed use developments. The team are experienced in anticipating and mitigating challenges before they arise. We provide advice on all stages of the acquisition, development, management, and disposal process, including compliance with Section 5 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987.

We act for various sellers, buyers and investors, and some of the largest investors and pension funds in freehold and leasehold reversions in residential, commercial and mixed use developments and management companies. These include Freehold Managers, Railpen, Grays Inn Estates/The Freehold Group, the Peverel Group, Simarc, Aviva, Innovus, the Wallace Group, M&G and the Consensus Business Group.

We count major house builders amongst our clients, including Barratt, Fairview, Weston, St George, Telford, Countryside, Redrow Homes, Mount Anvil and Berkeley Homes.
