Dilapidations Disputes Seminar 1

The WS Property Litigation Team invite you to join them at the first of their dilapidations disputes seminars on 11 June, to find out all you need to know about dilapidations disputes.

Taking place in our Blackfriars office from 5.00 – 7.00pm they will be chaired by Paul Dunbar, Partner, Winckworth Sherwood.

The first seminar will cover:

• The Building Surveyor as an expert Witness, duties, and obligations
• Alterations – Pursuing a claim for damages
