We are delighted to launch our SEND Q&A series, led by Qaisar Sheikh, a legal director in the team.  Qaisar joined us in September 2024 having worked at Coram Children’s Legal Centre for over 13 years advising on various issues including parents who wanted to challenge Local Authority decisions linked to EHCPs and discrimination claims.  Qaisar’s experience has been invaluable when he has been talking to schools about EHCPs, SEND funding, reasonable adjustments, exclusions and defending disability discrimination claims.
