Duncan trained at Winckworth Sherwood and specialises in contentious commercial property matters and dispute resolution. He has particular experience in advising on the Electronic Communications Code and in advising in respect of disputes involving large cell site portfolios on behalf of telecommunications providers.

Recent Experience

• Conducting litigation in the County Court, High Court and Upper Tribunal on behalf of telecommunications operators.
• Advising in respect of securing rights in respect of properties owned by an international hotel group.
• Handling landlord/tenant disputes in respect of various portfolios of commercial premises.
