Charlotte is currently a trainee in the Real Estate department where she assists the commercial investment team on a wide range of matters. Prior to this, Charlotte was a paralegal in the Private Client and Family team, assisting on all aspects of the team’s work including estate administration, estate planning, and assisting with child arrangements and financial disputes in divorce cases.

Recent experience

• Assisted with the administration of large and complex estates.
• Undertook research into the legal requirements to establish a trust for vulnerable beneficiaries as part of an estate planning exercise for a high-net-worth family.
• Drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
