• Acting for an academy on its response to a county court claim of discrimination
• Reviewing and advising schools on their complaints policies and procedures, including the implementation of communications protocols to manage communications from parents
• Advising schools on safeguarding matters
• Advising schools and governing bodies on admissions, including reviewing a set of admission policies for a Catholic multi-academy trust
• Advising schools on exclusions following issues raised under the Equality Act 2010. This includes advising reconvened Governors’ Disciplinary Committees following an Independent Review Panel’s recommendation or direction to reconsider.
• Advising on complex data protection issues, including on the required response to a cyber-attack
