A public service mutual project which Joanna Bussell, Partner in Winckworth Sherwood’s Local Government Team, has been involved in has featured as a case study on the Arts Council website. ‘Libraries Unlimited’ is a staff and community owned mutual for Devon Libraries with 57 sites, over 300 staff and an innovative, entrepreneurial culture.
During the project, Libraries Unlimited worked closely with Devon County Council, who procured professional, independent support in the areas of business planning, accountancy, law and tax from Mutual Ventures and from Joanna Bussell and team at Winckworth Sherwood.
