Winckworth Sherwood, has today (19 January) announced the appointment of Private Wealth and Tax partner Arcangelo D’Apolito.
A dual qualified English and Italian lawyer, D’Apolito joins Winckworth Sherwood from the UK practice of distinguished Italian law firm, Macchi di Cellere Gangemi.
D’Apolito brings to Winckworth Sherwood and its clients more than 20 years’ experience in international tax, trusts and wealth structuring, and assisting clients with relocating to and from the UK. His diverse client base includes business owners, investors, senior financial executives, trustees, wealth managers and family offices.
A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the International Bar Association (IBA), D’Apolito has previously worked for PwC and KPMG on UK-Italian tax matters. He is a regular speaker at international tax conferences and a contributor to the media.
