The build to rent sector has grown significantly in recent years, overtaking social housing as the second largest tenure after owner-occupation. With billions of pounds available to invest in the Build to Rent market, we work closely with our developer, registered provider, local authority and institutional funder clients to deliver much needed homes across the UK. We were the first law firm to offer a specialist team to work with organisations whose business is to fund, build, own and manage properties in the sector.
