Zahrah qualified as a Solicitor into the Property Dispute Resolution team in 2024 and advises on contentious landlord and tenant matters including all aspects of estate and asset management such as break rights and options, service charge disputes, dilapidations, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, issues relating to party walls and breaches of landlord covenants.

Before qualifying, Zahrah worked as a Paralegal in the Property Dispute Resolution team (focusing on residential property litigation) and trained at the firm, working with the Real Estate, Private Client, Corporate and Commercial, and Property Dispute Resolution teams.
