Recent experience

• Conditional sale and purchase agreement for 650 dwellings, care home, commercial buildings, school and central park for Crest Nicholson Operations.
• Promotion agreement for 1525 dwellings for Richborough.
• Buy to rent portfolio disposals for top 18 developers including working on Crest Nicholson’s largest BTR deal for £120m with 403 units and Miller Homes’ disposal to L&G of 260 units.
