About Patricia

Patricia has over 23 years’ experience advising clients in the social housing sector. She advises clients on all aspects of housing finance and funding, acting for Registered Providers both large and small, charitable and non-charitable entities, SPVs, funders and also corporates. She has expertise in all types of lending, including bank funding, capital markets, bonds, private placements, joint ventures and development finance, security trustee structures, group restructuring, stand alone hedging and ISDA agreements and all aspects of security, and has advised on a number of sustainability linked fundings.

Patricia acts for both borrowers and lenders in corporate lending transactions.

Recent Experience

  • Longhurst on its £100m retained further bond issuance and subsequent bond sales.
  • VIVID on their two private placements with US investors
  • M&G Trustees as Note Trustee in respect of a £200m US private placement
  • Tower Hamlets Community Housing on its term and revolving loan facility with Santander
  • NHG and Swan Housing on financing BTR properties whereby long leases are granted to LINQ Housing, an entity where RPs buy shares and transfer properties (but retain management) through an efficient capital and funding mechanism.
  • Network on their recent unsecured local authority loans
  • First Abu Dhabi Bank on two unsecured RP loans with a sustainability linked element.
