Naoise represents registered providers and private clients on a broad range of property and housing related matters, including equality act and human rights claims, urgent anti-social behaviour cases, leasehold claims, property condition claims, succession and abandonment. Naoise also has training and experience acting for interested parties in inquests in the Coroners Courts.
