Molly is currently a trainee sitting with the Planning and Development Risk team. Molly started at the firm in Residential Development Sales. Prior to starting her training contract, Molly was a paralegal in the firm’s Residential Property Litigation team. Molly acted for social housing and corporate landlords. She worked on a variety of claims including housing disrepair, possession claims and anti-social behaviour injunctions.

Recent Experience

• Attending court with counsel for hearings including appeals and committal proceedings
• Assisting in a three-day mediation in a group litigation for housing disrepair against a social landlord
• Assisting on a landmark test case in the Divisional High Court of Wales considering the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
• Drafting court documents, including interviewing witnesses and drafting their statements, and preparing bundles.
