Louise qualified in 2007 at a regional firm in Hampshire and since qualification, to date she has primarily practiced in acting on behalf of national developers. Louise will deal with all aspects of a development from attending the initial site set up meeting, preparing the legal pack, drafting UK Finance compliant contracts and leases, overseeing the day to day transactions from exchange until completion and, where applicable, effecting freehold reversion agreements. She has launched sites in Asia and has knowledge of the overseas investor market and investor specific contract terms.
