• Drafting reports on leases and title for commercial clients.
• Completing title searches on commercial properties.
• Amending leases from landlords’ solicitors to make them more tenant friendly.
• Advising clients on the risks of restrictive covenants and the impact they may have on their business.
• Reporting on title for potential telecommunications sites. This includes highlighting the restrictions and risks attached to the land where the proposed telecoms equipment is to be placed.
• Completing an application for a Tfl London Private Hire Operator Licence.
