Isabel is currently a trainee in the Real Estate department working in the Social Housing team working with Registered Providers and local authorities. Isabel was previously in the Education department – Schools HR team where she assisted on a variety of HR and employment law issues within the education sector including absence management, TUPE, disciplinary procedures and day-to-day HR advice.

• Advising schools and multi academy trusts (MATs) on internal HR processes including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence management
• Negotiating settlement agreements and early resolution of disputes
• Assisting with claims in the Employment Tribunal
• Answering queries from schools and MATs regarding day-to-day HR support
