Honoria joined Winckworth Sherwood as an Associate in the Real Estate team in 2022.  She has practised in both New Zealand and the UK and has wide-ranging experience acting on development and conveyancing matters, including, acquisition of development sites, development of the sites for residential and mixed use, and onward disposals.  Honoria has also acted for residential and commercial landlords and tenants on a range of leasing matters, including lease renewals and variations.
