Gillian is a barrister with over 20 years’ experience of housing management litigation and related property law gained in private practice at the Bar and in-house for local authorities and housing associations.

Gillian has particular expertise in complex multi-ground possession claims and injunction applications across all tenures, including cases involving ASB, hoarding and other complex mental health and social care issues, and unlawful occupation due to failed successions, abandonment and sub-letting. Gillian also has an interest in complex access and decant cases relating to inspections, improvement works and repairs, and works to remedy significant unauthorised alterations.
