She specialises in site acquisition for residential property development, regeneration projects and disposal of residential and mixed use developments for national house builders and residential landlords.

Recent Experience

• Representing Barratt London and Housing Association London and Quadrant (L&Q) through a joint venture vehicle in a deal with Sainsbury Plc to redevelop a supermarket and car park at Nine Elms, London into a major mixed use development site
• Acting for a national house builder on the acquisition of a £24.5 million mixed use development site
• Acting for Barratt London in the acquisition of a major development site in Surrey Quays and advising on subsequent development matters and disposals
• Acting for a major house builder on a £64m disposal of private rented unit scheme in West London to an investor, including all development, funding and security arrangements
• Acting for a major London developer on several disposals of affordable housing in Wembley, North London
• Advising and acting for Barratt London on several sales of freehold and leasehold reversions to investor purchasers
• Agreeing complex pre-let arrangements for commercial leases sold pre-build
• Advising national house builders on the property aspects of district heating systems situated within their development sites and arranging for various disposals of the same
