Ali is an Associate in the Property Litigation team at Winckworth Sherwood. He has experience across a broad spectrum of contentious real estate issues, focusing on resolving disputes through the courts as well as by alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

Ali’s experience includes advising on contested and uncontested lease renewals, service charge disputes, recovery of rent arrears, forfeiture, dilapidations claims, possession proceedings, the implications of landlord and tenant insolvency, and telecoms rights.
