Fiona joined the Commercial Real Estate and Licensing Team on qualification in 2015. Fiona advises on acquisitions, disposals and management of a range of commercial properties including offices and telecommunications apparatus, retail shops, petrol stations and restaurants.

Recent Experience

• Acting for various clients in connection with acquisitions, disposals and general management work for a wide range of commercial and retail premises
• Advising on and assisting a large fuel supplier in the acquisition of a number of new sites including advising on the heads of terms and negotiating the lease and accompanying documents
• Advising on and assisting in a large scale acquisition and re – financing of 15 commercial premises
• Advising various clients on the licensing implications of commercial property transactions and representing clients at contested hearings
