Winckworth Sherwood Advise Nosy Crow on Property Acquisition

Winckworth Sherwood have advised Nosy Crow on their recent acquisition of new office premises in Shad Thames, structured as a corporate acquisition. Nosy Crow, a multi award winning children’s publishing company, have been looking to find a new home to accommodate their growing team for the longer term.

Winckworth Sherwood supported on all elements of the deal, with Richard Tinham as principal advisor on the corporate transaction, assisted by David Emery. The firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, led by Robert Botkai and assisted by Fiona Hallinan, ran the property due diligence while Nicola Balmer from the Banking and Finance team advised on external financing.

Nosy Crow’s commercial director, Adrian Soar, said “We were deeply impressed with the commitment, efficiency and expertise of the Winckworth Sherwood team.  We are grateful for their help and look forward to working with them in the future”.

The transaction was yet another in Winckworth Sherwood’s burgeoning commercial M&A practice with a local twist, Nosy Crow’s offices (both old and new) being less than a mile away from Winckworth Sherwood’s HQ in London Bridge.
