Danielle advises both employees and employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.  Danielle is experienced in dealing with a wide range of employment issues such as:

  • disciplinary issues (including regulatory implications )
  • equal pay
  • whistleblowing
  • discrimination
  • capability and sickness absence management
  • redundancy situations
  • TUPE
  • employment contracts

  • the enforceability of restrictive covenants

Danielle also delivers training and seminars on various employment law topics.

  • Negotiating favourable and high value departure terms for a number of senior level employees and C-suites
  • Assisting employers with formal processes, settlement negotiations and dismissals
  • Advising on and drafting complex settlement agreements
  • Advising on partnership agreements and disputes
  • Preparing cases for Employment Tribunal hearings on behalf of both employers and employees
  • Drafting and responding to data subject access requests
  • Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements and handbooks
  • Drafting privacy notices for employees and job applicants
