About Annette

Annette is a property lawyer in the Housing and Local Government Department and currently acts for housing associations, charging large scale property portfolios, as well as acting for and advising local authorities and not-for-profit charities on property matters. Annette also has experience working in the education sector, where she advised schools on the property aspects of academy conversions, and acted for the diocese on property related transactions.

  • Carrying out title investigations and dealing with all other property aspects of a charging transaction including satisfying Condition Precedent items
  • Preparing properties for market either in relation to a disposal or management arrangement
  • Negotiating leases on behalf of a local authority relating to their wider development and regeneration program
  • Negotiating leases on behalf of various not-for-profit bodies providing leisure facilities for the local community
