Previously, Anastasia was a paralegal in the Private Client and Family team, assisting on all aspects of the team’s work ranging from estate planning and estate administration to negotiating finances in divorce cases. Anastasia has now begun her training contract and is currently in the Litigation department, where she is assisting the team’s wide range of clients on the diverse projects that they undertake.

Recent experience

• Assisted on the negotiation of financial agreements at all stages of the court process from FDA to Final Hearing.
• Undertook research into the tax and customs laws when moving assets from Spain to the UK while working on the administration of a complex estate.
• Assisted in securing a ruling in favour of our client on a jurisdictional divorce dispute.
