Winckworth Sherwood has strengthened its Employment Law practice with the appointment of a specialist immigration partner.
Malini Skandachanmugarasan joined the firm on 28th July from Doyle Clayton, where she was a partner and head of its personal immigration team.
She brings to the firm deep technical expertise in all areas of UK inbound corporate and personal immigration routes. She has significant experience navigating UK immigration matters within different industries including the life sciences, technology, educational institutions, family offices and financial services institutions, particularly in UK sponsorship of overseas nationals and other business immigration routes.
Additionally, Malini has a strong reputation for handling the diverse nature of personal and family immigration cases, particularly those involving human rights and leave outside the immigration rules.
