Winckworth Sherwood has today announced the appointment of Partner Rebecca Jason. Rebecca joins the firm on 11 November from Pinsent Masons where she is a senior associate in its social housing finance practice.
She brings to the firm considerable expertise in social and sustainable finance, further adding to Winckworth Sherwood’s market leading position in the social housing sector.
Rebecca’s expertise in social housing finance has seen her work across a wide range of restructurings, private placements, large-scale voluntary transfers and refinancings. She is highly regarded by funders, regularly representing public sector funders providing development loan facilities to unlock residential development sites.
