Winckworth Sherwood has today announced the appointment of Partner and new Head of Restructuring, Lee Ranford.
Ranford joined the firm on 18th May 2026 from JMW Solicitors, where he was a partner in its restructuring and insolvency practice. He was previously a partner at Russell-Cooke.
A dual-qualified solicitor and insolvency practitioner, Ranford specialises in personal and corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, administration and liquidation. He acts for a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, company directors, lenders, investors, creditors and debtors.
On joining the firm, Lee said: “Winckworth Sherwood has a phenomenal market presence, particularly across the built environment. I am thrilled to be joining the firm to build its capability in the restructuring market.”
