About Jordan

Jordan was previously a Paralegal in the Property Litigation team, specialising in disputes both commercial and residential. He worked for property developers, private clients, housebuilders and large housing associations in disputes involving: service charges, rights of way, restrictive covenants, breach of sale and purchase agreements and breach of leases.

Before this, Jordan worked in Housing Litigation and spent time on secondment at a G15 Housing Association.

Recent Experience

  • Assisted a Senior Associate and Partner acting for a property developer on a high value dispute regarding breach of a sale and purchase agreement.
  • Represented a G15 Housing Association in the First Tier Tribunal in a section 27 service charge reasonableness determination under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
  • Assisted in advising a group of RTM Companies on a dispute with a freeholder regarding operation of section 96 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
  • Assisted in advising on disputes regarding a right of way and a restrictive covenant.
  • Acted for a landlord in relation to a lease renewal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
