Mandeep acts on behalf of well-known Registered Providers, national developers and their associated joint ventures, along with charities and public bodies.

Recent experience

• Acted on behalf of various property investment companies and a major not-for-profit organisation in managing their property portfolios including the grant of new leases, lease renewals, reversionary leases, deeds of surrender and other landlord and tenant matters, such as licences and rent deposit deeds.
• Acted on behalf of a well-known offshore investment company with the restructure of the company and refinance of a development site valued at £16 million.
• Acted for a Registered Provider on the acquisition of 130+ affordable units for circa £38.5 million.
• Acted for a Registered Provider on the site acquisition for £20.5 million.
• Acted for a Registered Provider in the disposal of a portfolio of affordable units.
• Negotiating and advising developers on statutory agreements (such as s278, s38, s104 agreements) and transfers/leases with utility providers.
