Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy

The Bribery Act 2010 came into force across the UK on 1 July 2011. The act makes it a criminal offence for an individual or commercial organisation to offer or receive a bribe to bring about or reward the improper performance of a function or activity. As a result of this legislation, Winckworth Sherwood has produced our own Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy.
