Charity Law Conversations: Episode one with Will Hopkin of New Square Chambers

In our new charities and social enterprise conversation series, Senior Associate Ruo Wu had an insightful conversation with barrister William Hopkin of New Square Chambers to discuss latest updates in the charities sector. Noted for his “excellent knowledge of charity law” (Legal 500, 2023), William is a leading barrister in cases involving all aspects of charity and philanthropy. William is a former co-chair of the Charity Law Association Annual Conference, has sat on the CLA’s Executive Committee and has chaired a number of sector working parties.
