Sean has 27 years of experience in the property lending sector acting for the major clearing banks funding a broad range of asset classes such as residential and commercial developments, social housing portfolios, offices, warehouses (sheds) and retail.

Recent experience

• Acting for HSBC and National Housing Bank (Homes England) on the funding of residential housebuilder Wyatt Homes involving the acquisition of residential development sites including the Duchy of Cornwall’s mixed-use development at Nansledan in Newquay;
• £200m refinance for Onward Homes acting for HSBC, Barclays and NatWest on each of their facilities and property charging exercise to support the delivery of new affordable housing and investment in existing homes.
• Acting for Barclays on the refinance of residential house builder HarperCrewe including the acquisition of development sites; and
• £200m refinance of the acquisition of an F1 team headquarters building in the UK;
