Ruth is a partner in our Residential Development Sales team, specialising in new build plot disposal – whether for shared ownership, private sale or other initiatives. Ruth currently acts for more than 30 housebuilder/developer clients, including leading national UK housebuilders and G15 Registered Providers. Ruth has over 30 years’ experience in the sector and is recognised as a market leader in residential sales with a focus on helping clients achieve their objectives, procedures and processes for ensuring compliance and speed of response and all with excellent communication skills.

Recent Experience

• Ruth deals with a wide range of projects. They might involve a few plots under a Section 106 agreement or a large multi tenure regeneration project.
• Ruth has been working on a number of large multiple tenure sites across the country for developers and registered providers including the landmark sites Media City in Salford, a former chocolate factory in York, the redevelopment of Hammersmith Town Hall and developments in Saltdean on the south coast.
• Ruth also has extensive experience in undertaking overseas sales in the Far East.
