Rose is a Legal Director and Chartered Fellow Legal Executive, and acts on a range of property matters including housing association acquisitions and disposals, exempt charity acquisitions and disposals, golden brick transactions and utility agreements. Rose also specialises in section 5 matters, and acts in the acquisition and disposal of reversionary interests in developments in the early construction stages or following construction.
