Rose is a Chartered Fellow Legal Executive, who qualified in 2000, and has been acting for leading ground rent companies for over 18 years. Rose specialises in the acquisition and disposal of reversionary interests in developments in the early construction stages or following construction.  Rose also has experience in Management, Property, Conveyancing and Leases.

• Acquisitions of large freehold and leasehold portfolios comprising residential, commercial and housing association premises for the UK’s top ground rent companies
• Dealing in new site set-ups and preparing leases and other documents for the site in accordance with the management matrix
• Acting for a client in the acquisition of a large portfolio comprising unregistered estates and rent charges
• Acting for clients in residential sales and purchases and part-exchanges/sale-on
• Sale of large portfolios for ground rent clients
• Acting for ground rent clients in respect of the charging of portfolios
