• Acting for multiple borrowers in relation to loan amendments required to document the transition from LIBOR to SONIA
• Acting for Network Homes Limited on a series of loans from different local authorities
• Acting for Longhurst on its £250m secured bond issue, as well as loan transactions and securing the funder consents and related restatements for its group restructure
• Acting for Network Homes as issuer in a £175m private placement to US investors consisting of both secured and unsecured series
• Acting for VIVID on two separate private placements with US investors
• Acting for Trident Group in its first private placement issuance of £75m
• Acting for an institutional investor in its first private placement into the sector
• Acting for a well known bank lender into the sector with a £100m loan to a housing association
