Ollie’s experience is primarily in supporting parents and children with SEND related issues, but he has also supported schools on a range of education matters. Working within the School Support team at Winckworth Sherwood, his focus is on supporting schools and educational institutions in similar areas.

• First Tier Tribunal SEND appeals representing claimant parents across all areas relating to EHCPs.
• First Tier Tribunal Disability Discrimination for parents and schools.
• Judicial Review claims in the High Court
• Suspension and Exclusion advice, IRP hearing stage onwards
• Additionally involved with the Deaf Legal Network and School Inclusion Project run by Garden Court Chambers.
