Naomi trained at Winckworth Sherwood and specialises in contentious commercial property matters and dispute resolution. She has particular experience in advising on the Electronic Communications Code and in advising in respect of disputes involving large cell site portfolios on behalf of telecommunications providers.

Recent Experience

• Advising commercial landlord and tenants in matters including dilapidations, possession, rent arrears, termination, trespass, renewals and the 1954 Act.
• Conducting litigation in the County Court, First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal on behalf of telecommunications operators.
