Mary is the manager of the Residential Development Sales team and specialises in the legal preparation for disposal of plots on new build developments for private house builders and housing associations.

• The first eco-town at North West Bicester which consists of houses and flats together with community facilities and features to ensure that the town is a zero carbon development
• The regeneration of a former hospital site in Surrey over a number of phases involving inter-company transfers, outright and shared ownership sales and re-provision for existing owners on the new estate
• A prestigious development for private sale by a special purpose company within the group structure of a large London housing association
• Numerous other mixed use developments in London, the Midlands and the South East, and s106 provision on the sites of major house builders
