Lisa is a Partner in the Residential Development Sales Team. After more than fifteen years specialising in the acquisition of sites for immediate and strategic residential development, she transitioned from transactional work into leadership, overseeing a large team responsible for site setup and residential sales.

This combination of hands-on housebuilder experience and team management enables Lisa to advise clients on changes in practice, legislation and regulation affecting the sector, while overseeing service delivery and providing senior-level support and solutions when issues arise.

Recent experience

• Advising national plc housebuilders, local developers and promoters, individual and institutional landowners and registered providers of social housing on the acquisition of freehold and leasehold land by way of option, conditional and unconditional contract.
• Advising multiple housebuilder clients (including Barratt Redrow) on the drafting of standard plot sale documentation, as a result of changes to consumer regulation or changing client requirements.
• Advising a variety of housebuilder clients on strategies for ensuring an effective site setup process, in order to facilitate smooth plot sales, reduce the length of sales times and avoid delays.
