Leasha joined the Real Estate department in January 2023 having worked in-house for a developer/contractor for five years.

Leasha has experience advising on mixed-use development projects, including commercial property leasehold transactions and development management matters such as appointing managing agents and negotiating car park management agreements. Leasha also has an understanding of the construction process of developments and has experience advising on and negotiating consultant appointments, collateral warranties and building contracts.
