Fiona is a corporate and commercial solicitor whose work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and intragroup transactions, shareholders arrangements and general commercial matters.

Recent experience

• dealing with large corporate transactions as well small, owner managed businesses, often driving the due diligence and disclosure processes;
• preparing and advising on the terms of constitutional documents such as articles of association and shareholders’ agreements; and
• drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including general terms and conditions, framework agreements and supply agreements.
