• Assisted with a pro bono lease for a charity tenant, attending a site visit to inform drafting and identify practical issues relating to boundaries and access
• Acted on a £1.5 million sale of student accommodation, drafting bespoke vacant possession and material damage provisions and liaising with a charitable trust client and agents through weekly calls
• Supported the asset management of a large business park portfolio, managing multiple leases and licences in parallel and providing consolidated client updates to track progress and key milestones
